When you ask me, what am I grateful for, I would say I am grateful for this precious human life, for the amazing and selfless teachers, for the loving family and friends, for a beautiful home, for clean water, for healthy food, for freedom and for peace. Shiatsu, the Five Elements and their effects
Shiatsu is not just a form of bodywork originating from Japan, but an attitude and philosophy. The life energy of the body (called Chi or Ki) is balanced with deep and gentle thumb, ball of the hand, elbow and forearm pressure. I work on my clothed body on a soft mat on the floor.
