Based on Wah!’s Self-Care techniques, as found in her book: Self-Care: Building a Smarter, Stronger, More Peaceful Self, this session introduces you to simple and effective techniques to improve health, mood, emotional resilience as well as manage stress and prevent burnout and depression. Self-Care uses simple exercises like breathing, tapping, meridian stimulation and sound therapy for deep restoration and cellular rejuvenation. Self-Care classes are open to everyone and are appropriate for employees, managers, self-employed, parents, grandparents, retirees, those recovering from illness, injury or trauma, for daily maintenance or as preventative care. It is not a yoga class nor physical exercises and it can be done sitting in a chair or lying down.
Ottilia takes time to lovingly prepare for your session. If you wish to reschedule, cancel or request a refund, she requires 24 hours advance notice prior to your appointment. Any request for rescheduling or cancellation made later than 24 hours prior to the appointment may not be honored or refunded. Clients may cancel the booking up to 24 hours before the due time.
